This is one of my most favorite weddings of all time. #1 because the clients had an awesome imagination and style and #2 because it was a destination wedding in Florence, Italy. I have always wanted to travel to Italy, but have never been. This stunning wedding was featured on Style Me Pretty last month. When Stephanie and Mike met with me and told me all about their fantasy wedding in Florence, I was giddy. I was blessed with the opportunity to design their invitations and all of their amazing reception items. Among the items were personalized cigar wraps, individual thank you cards for each guest, signature drink menus and even dessert menus! After seeing the photographs by Marisa Holmes Photography, I was blown away and amazed at how beautiful everything came together. A little piece of my heart was left in Florence that day. <3

The beautiful and talented ladies of Carter & Cook designed this lovely tablescape that we designed the papery for. It was featured in Exquisite Weddings Magazine in the Spring issue. We had a blast designing these feminine victorian chic details. The paper pieces we designed included handmade appliques to match the wedding dress details. We designed the invitations, menus (that were mounted onto the back of vintage books), favor tags, drink menu and placecards. The colors were lavendar, ivory and mint. Beautiful color combo. Enjoy!
We teamed up with the lovely Lavonne from Adorations Botanical Artistry for an amazingly unique tablescape. I've yet to see anything like it! So creative and new, with railroad ties, mixtures of old and new, some Spanish influences and bright colors. The aqua and oranges are so stunning! This tablescape was featured in the Spring issue of Exquisite Weddings. We designed the placecards, drink menu and table numbers in a copper metal backing with a hand-painted blue patina rust effect. We recently teamed up with some amazingly talented ladies for a design challenge at Utterly Engaged in Orange County. Amanda at In The Now Weddings and Lauryl Lane from Lauryl Lane Floral Artistry are two extremely creative ladies. We were blessed to work with them! For the "paper" goods there was much more than paper involved! We designed a fireplace graphic to be etched into lucite, along with lucite menus. We designed tags for specially blended teas and pennant flags for the hot cocoa. This shoot was also featured over on Junebug Weddings and Elizabeth Anne Designs! It was a blast to design and I just love how warm & innovatively modern the final design looks. Enjoy!

The Oak invitation is outdoorsy and rich, yet simple. It speaks of a simply natural wedding with an outdoor reception, or an event surrounded by large oak trees. The custom-illustrated oak tree portrays stability and strength, accented by the pop of fern-colored lettering, feels simple and easy and not over-done or worked. Raw natural linen 100% FSC certified recycled paper is a perfect medium. Any outdoor event as well as any significance with an oak tree wedding would be perfect for this design.

The Shabby Chic contrasts vintage and ornate details with a soft and natural touch. It is perfect for the couple who would like to marry the two worlds into a completely unique style. The golden sunflower stripes mimic the sun's rays on a beautiful spring day. The wrought-iron details are a fancy touch as if in a secret garden or estate. The feeling this invitation creates is light, airy and magical, but holds on to the formal touch.
